Business Starter Kit - Navitor

For this project I was tasked with designing a package that would hold a variety of personalized business identity products (business cards, stationery, envelopes, etc.), function as the shipping carton, and yet also be attractive enough to serve as long term storage in the customer's office. Following my first round of prototypes, the project owner added the requirements that all the products be retrievable upon opening the box (i.e. without removing any trays), and that it should have a briefcase-style form factor.

I worked closely with Tilsner Packaging on this project and they ultimately produced the first production run. Later that year they entered the package in the 2013 Independent Packaging Design Competition where it received an honorable mention in the Form and Function category. Also, I'm told Tilsner used a photo of the box to decorate the sides of one of their delivery trucks!
